Vincent Tramonte, Sr., Esq. began in the settlement/title business in 1946 in Arlington, Virginia. He was an expert in title and title insurance, and was awarded the first title agency for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in Virginia. Vincent Tramonte II learned the business from his father beginning with title searches in 1964. After graduating from the University of Virginia Law School in 1970, Mr. Tramonte II established a successful law firm and has engaged in an active commercial and residential real estate practice ever since. The law firm Tramonte, Yeonas & Roberts is well known and highly respected in the industry.

Premier Title is currently managed by John V Tramonte, Esq., who learned the business from his father Vincent. John has focused his practice on real estate and settlements for nearly 20 years and has performed thousands of closings. John is a native of Arlington. He graduated from Bishop O'Connell High School. John received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 2000, and came home to receive his JD from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia School of Law and Economics in 2003. John resides in Arlington with his wife and three young children. He is a proud DC sports fan and a golf enthusiast!
